Spoiled Birthday Boy

Parker was a very lucky boy this year for his birthday...
Ma Pat and Pa Lar sent along a new wagon for Parker to ride in...

It took Mommy a little while to put it together, but Parker enjoyed supervising and "helping".

When it was done Parker enjoyed pulling it around the house...

Papa and Mimi King gave Parker "something to take to the ranch one day"...a toy chainsaw!

It was a huge hit!

Friend Cole sent along some great Construction Silverware and a placemat - Parker thinks they are a super cool way to eat!

Mommy and Daddy gave Parker a new T-ball set to work on his skills...

Uncle Jim sent a basketball hoop for Parker in case his height does not follow his Mom and Dad and he ends up to be able to dunk...so far it looks pretty good!

Parker was also lucky enough to receive an awesome laptop from Grandma and Grandpa Culver that Mommy loves because he leaves hers alone now! And Uncle KC and Aunt Cheryl sent along some Legos to add to the amazingly growing collection. With all of the new toys our house looked like it threw up toys - such a spoiled (and loved) little boy!

Happy Birthday Parker!

Parker turned two years old on February 18th! He was so lucky because his birthday was on a Saturday so all of his friends came by for his special day! Because Parker's favorite movie is "Woody TV" we decided to have a Toy Story party. Parker invited his best buddies Joselyn and Joshie over for his special day. Their mommies and daddies also came and so did Joshie's little brother Caleb (Baby Cabie) and "Uncle Mark" and Miss Anne.

We had treats for kids and grown-ups alike...

You try to get 3 kids under 3 to stand and smile - poor Joselyn had to sneeze! Ahhh Choo!
Joselyn loaned Parker her little table for his party so all the kids could sit together. Parker loved blowing out his candle, but as you can see Joshie really wanted to get in on the action. Between me and his mommy Stephanie Parker was able to complete the task himself.

Joselyn's favorite part of the cupcake was the frosting - by the end she had a big blue blotch on her face!

These kids do not get a lot of sweets...as you can tell...so good you have to lick the plate!

Even baby Caleb got in on the cake action!

All of Parker's friends spoiled him on his birthday - he got the Buzz to go with his Woody from his friend Joselyn...

"Uncle" Mark and Miss Anne gave him some awesome nerf balls to throw around...

Joshie brought Parker's first GI Joe! A fireman!

It really was a wonderful party and we were so blessed to have all of our close friends together. Parker's friend Joshie moved away just this weekend, so his birthday was the last time we were all together while we lived at Ft. Sill. We have been so lucky to have met so many wonderful friends here in Oklahoma and we know they will forever be a part of our lives.

Tub Colors

Ma Pat found the coolest new tub treats: Color Fizzes! Parker loves them! We limit to 3 tabs per bath because otherwise you can't even see to the bottom of the tub! But they are LOTS of fun!

Ball in the Cul-De-Sac

Nothing is better than enjoying an early spring day in Ma Pat and Pa Lar's Cul-De-Sac!

Brain Freeze!

Parker loved his nightly tradition with Ma Pat while we were visiting of ice cream before bedtime. Unfortunately it appears it gave him quite the brain freeze!

Christmas Morning

Yes, I am delinquent on posting this video - blame it on my laziness in hooking up the video camera to the computer. But here it is finally - Parker seeing his big "Santa/Ma Pat & Pa Lar" Christmas surprise!

Fun at SFO

On our way from Oklahoma City to Oregon we had a layover in San Francisco. The San Francisco Exploratorium has set up some kid areas in SFO and Parker loved it.

He had tubes to climb through...

And an awesome tornado simulator that he could hit and knock down to everyone's delight!

Airplane Fun

Parker has decided that airplane travel is pretty fun! Especially when the plane is empty and you can stand on chairs and push the light buttons 1 million times! He is such a good traveler - the first time with his own seat - strapped into the carseat - he didn't fuss at all - and 4.5 hours is a long time on a plane!

Let Me Introduce You to Parker's Favorite Toy

The boy is SURROUNDED with toys and what does he want to play with?

The salad spinner! And if you ask him just about anything can go in the "spin": toys, snacks, juice cups, etc...
