Food and Play

For about the last 5 years or so we have received a very special delivery around Christmas time - Williams Sonoma Croissants! Ma Pat knows they are my favorite so she sends them each year as a holiday treat. Parker was very excited to learn about this tradition and try some out himself.


At first he wasn't quite sure how to eat it - did he need a fork?


Don't worry, he figured it out.


We were a little behind the curve on Christmas cookies this year - we did make all those other tasty treats for our friends/neighbors, but didn't get around to the cookies. Well, I couldn't let that happen, so we made our cookies a few days after Christmas.


Parker helped make (and eat of course) the batch that we made. They still taste just as good when you make them on December 29th - and with store-bought dough - yikes!


Riley is not interested in croissants or cookies yet. But she does like hanging out in her gym and visiting with Olly the Octopus.


Or snuggling up with her cozy new blanket from her friends Eve and Cole!
