Parker's Daddy couldn't travel through Kentucky without a stop at the Maker's Mark Distillery - it is Daddy's favorite bourbon after all!
Parker was too distracted by the bubbles in the mash barrels to pose for a photo.
It grossed me out a bit but you are actually allowed to put your finger in the different mash barrels to taste the mash during its various stages - Daddy and Parker did it - I did not.

Daddy even dipped his own Whiskey Bottle! When I asked whether that meant the bottle would stay unopened I was informed that was not the case...Great field trip for Daddy!
