Calm Bottles

I found this idea on Pinterest and it seemed like something fun that may help when Parker is a little out of control. The concept is a bottle full of liquid and glitter that you can shake it up in your frustrated state and watch it settle while you calm down.

Final result. He does like to shake them and then he sits on the stairs while they settle. Of course, like anything with a 3 year old they don't work all the time, but fun to do and he likes them.
