This summer in Downtown Silver Spring they have a bi-weekly event called Tiny Tots. They bring in different shows/activities for little kids. The first show was by Eric Energy. He came to do a presentation and teach kids a little bit about science.
Before the show we stopped by Starbucks for our refreshments. Mommy needed a coffee break after the run downtown...Parker was spoiled with a Strawberry smoothie.
When the show started it was still a little chilly, so we bundled up in the BundleMe from the stroller and got ready for some science!
Eric Energy was great with the kid participation - Parker got to go up for a demonstration about force...
The demo involved Eric Energy using a funnel to "force" some dry ice smoke in a puff at the various kids. It blew their hair back and they thought it was hilarious.
Walking around letting the kids touch the dry ice soap bubbles. They would burst and let out dry ice smoke.
Making a huge cloud of dry ice to invade the crowd.
Parker thought it was hilarious.
It's getting me!
After the show he ran around the fountain before we headed home.
