Parker is often rewarded for good behavior with some coins from Daddy. When he saves up his coins he likes to go to Target to pick out a new toy. One day he decided he would like a new construction toy.
This is the loader he picked. Yes, we know all the correct names for construction equipment at this house. Riley got to hold it while he was buckled in the car.
When we got home it was time for nap, and while Parker was napping Mommy created a "sandbox" and filled it with Moon Sand! Thank you Pinterest - Moon Sand is a combination of flour and baby oil that produces a soft fluffy sand...that gets everywhere...
Which is why construction commenced on the patio - it was raining outside so we couldn't play in the yard...
Moon Sand lasted about a week and a half before one day we "accidentally" left it in the rain and it was ruined.
Luckily Parker now has his own real sandbox in his Parker's Park, but Moon Sand is a great rainy day activity - if you happen to have 2 lbs of flour and a few bottles of baby oil around.
