The Larsons come to Town!

Our second set of May visitors were our friends The Larsons from Oklahoma! They had just spend a week cruising the Bahamas, and their port was in Baltimore.

We somehow managed to get all three Larsons, plus all their gear in the car. Mark was wedged in the third row with Parker, and I am sure it wasn't the safest way to ride, but we all made it home. Thank goodness Ben was at work because there is no way we would have fit another person in there!

Gavin and Riley were instantly mesmerized by each other.

And Gavin just thought Parker was a crazy big kid! But Parker had fun playing with Gavin.

Parker took Mark outside to show him his Parker's Park. He ended up also showing Mark the dog poop shovels and how he helps pick up poop. Beer in hand, Mark was happy to help out.

Unfortunately the Oklahoma grass is more like sandpaper, so babies do not tend to want to play in it, but the grass up in Maryland is a lot softer. Gavin had a great time pulling (and eating a little) grass.

Always a kid at heart, Mark showed us all he can still have fun on the slide!

 While we waited for Daddy to get home Parker enjoyed a picnic dinner up in his park.

While Riley was busy studying how to be a big baby like Gavin. They are 3 months apart, and she was very interested in his skills!

Unfortunately the next day Ben had to take the Larsons back to the airport. We can't wait to see them again soon and get these kids together to play again.

Just before loading up in the car, Gavin surprised everyone by pulling himself up for the first time - so he could get a good last look at his girlfriend!
