He is getting a lot more into the Elf idea and goes to Bernard throughout the day to talk to him and tell him "Good Boy" stories.
But, what he was most excited about today was a package that arrived during dinner - his Advent box!
He was allowed to open boxes 1 & 2 today since we are a little behind. We asked him to find box #1 and he pointed to #11...smart kid - twice as much stuff in 11 right?
BUT, we redirected to the correct box where he found two quarters and some Christmas candy corn! Him and his dad love candy corn so that was very exciting and the quarters went right up to the dragon bank up in his room.
Box #2 was equally exciting - he found a piece of taffy and some chocolate coins. Unfortunately little boys only get 1 treat right before bed - he chose candy corn, but daddy helped him out with the taffy and mommy enjoyed a chocolate coin. It is good to be the grown ups sometimes.
